Just came back from the new JaK's in Laurelhurst. Fabulous steak, equal in quality to Mortons/Ruth Chris/El Gaucho, but around half the price. Casual place, good service, parking in back. What's not to like?

Gardyloo, I'm only familiar with the one in Issaqah so I've never been. Where in Laurelhurst is it?

It the space formerly occupied by Danny Mitchell's place, then a Mexican place then an Indian place. On 45th where it morphs into Sand Point Way, across from the bridal shoppe. Around 40th Ave NE?
