Has anyone done this New Orleans culinary tour?

I'm thinking about doing the tasting tour in early July as I loved the Foods of NY tour and they seem similar. Has anyone here done it? On Zerve (where you book tix) they have reviews which are mostly favorable, but wanted to check with Fodor's experts. :) Thanks!

I haven't, but it looks pretty interesting. We may have to give it a go on our upcoming trip.

i live here but never have done the tour myself..i personally think that you can probably have all the fine foods by going out on your own. but they might teach you a few things extra.. but hang around the city and you'll eat a little bit of evrything.. its a little hot for an outside tour for 3 hours..

I made reservations for the tasting tour. I will let you know how it was when I get back :)
