Hana Airport
 

We are thinking about flying from BI to Hana and renting a car there, staying in Hana for 3 nights and then driving in reverse down the Hana Highway with dinner at Mama's Fish House and on to Wailea - 4 Seasons for the last 5-6 days.

Does anyone know anything about the Hana Airport and if we can rent a car there but return it at the other main airport?

sorry I can't help but it sounds like a great plan...check out Hamoa Bay House and Bungalow...we rented the house, it was glorious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Good luck!

Nancy, I know you can rent a car there, but I haven't been able to find anything about who flies into Hana. If I were you, I'd call the Hotel Hana-Maui and ask them.

Nancy, good friends of mine went to the Hotel Hana Maui and then on to 4S, figuring they'd be saving the best for last. They commented that they should have skipped the 4S, or at least done the two in reverse order. They said the room was magnificent at HHM, and the service matched. At 4S, they got great service, but a mediocre room and a crowded pool...

joan darling, if it was I.... well wasn't it grand?! I cherish my memories and hope for a return to that magical place...at the time i was sad it was only 3 nights...perhaps I will have more soon....all the best to you...please do share@@@@@@@@@@@@
