Hampton Inn Downtown?

I was reading some of the reviews of the hotels on trip advisor, and for instance the Wyndham at Canal, they said the rooms were still very dirty and smell bad, but they are booking them.
I was wondering how the Hampton downtown held up, as we want to come back to our favorite city in May, but at the prices they are charging, I would like a decent room.
I can't wait to get back and spend my money.

Down what town?

Maybe this is a game. How many cities have a Canal Street? New York and New Orleans are the first two possibilities to come to mind.

Could be Canal Street in Manchester England.

What an eye-crossing question. How about Manchester, Venice, and Amsterdam? They are also popular "favorite" cities.

Buffalo and Los Angeles also have a Canal Street. There must be dozens of them in the USA.

Oh brother am I ever sorry. I was talking about New Orleans, and really didn't expect you all to be mind readers.

Spyro, if you re-post with "New Orleans" in the title, I'll bet Bayou Gal can tell you about hotels.

Darn, Spyro, and we were having so much fun guessing. Who would have known there are so many Canal Streets in the US?
