Guys Triip Mexico Caribbean???
 

Looking for suggestions. Putting together a guys trip to either Mexico or the Caribbean. Where should we look and more importantly we need a place where it's not all couples and families. We need a resort that is more a party resort, or a city that has a great nightlife so the resort won't matter as much.... thanks!!

Ap, if you post this on the Latin American Forum you will probably getting a better response regarding Mexico as Mexico subjects are on the Latin American Forum. And regarding your thoughts about the Caribbean there is the Caribbean Forum. So it would probably be good to post your questions on both Forums.

The place to go for a guys trip would be Cancun, Mexico. Cancun is a very diversified area. It has great resorts (also, all inclusive) and the night life is the best. Some of the best are: Fiesta Americana, JW Marriott, Riu, Le Blanc, Le Meridian, Ritz Carlton. If these are too high end they also have resorts with apartments. All the Royal Resorts have two bedroom apartments that are very reasonable for a group. The downtown area has great clubs and really good restuarants. If you go don't miss the action at Coco Bongo it is just crazy and definitely worth it. Have fun!!

It's not so much which decision to pick (Mexico or a Caribbean island)... rather you need to research and find specificly which resorts cater to a younger party crowd (not couples and families).

You can find both types anywhere... Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, etc.
