I have no idea about restaurants...
OK, let's start... Artlover is coming with you, so we'll have to pick the area convenient for LoveItaly and StarsVille.

Faina: loveitaly lives a little past the East Bay Area. I'll be picking her up as well as artlover.
If starrs is staying in SF, then, by all means, let's try and arrange for a restaurant convenient for her.
Otherwise, I could arrange to have the van that day. It hold 7 passengers.

I would love to try and be there. Saturday evening is not always the best for me because I have to be back in San Diego County on Sunday mornings. But I could look for the latest flight on Saturday night. Would love to meet everyone that I haven't had the pleasure to meet already. Also since I am usually in SF for work, I would have most of the day Saturday to do some touristy things! I will let you guys know.

I hate to open up another can of worms: but would Sunday be a better day for everyone? Saturday seemed a better day because it would allow us to stay up late since the next day would be a Sunday.However, we can always switch to a Sunday if it's more convenient for all.
I know Shanghainese would have preferred Sunday.

Hi Faina, sadly Starrsville will not be able to visit SF this autumn.
Saturday or Sunday is fine for me. And Faina, thanks for mentioning Cobbie, we just had a long conversation last night and I didn't think about this GTG but we are in touch a lot so I won't forget next time.
Italian food would work great for me Faina if it does for everyone else. I can't eat Asian food (as much as I love it) due to my food allergies. But if everyone else wants Asian food that is all right as I sure don't expect everyone to plan the restaurant around me. Have a good weekend!
