Try Gaia in downtown Greenwich at 253 Greenwich Avenue. Excellent food in a setting designed by the architect of Grand Central's Oyster Bar.

i had a wonderful meal, at "pasta vera", right on greenwich avenue. ;-)

We like Barcelona for Tapas and spanish food.

There's also a great Thai BYOB called Penang off of Greenwich Ave., food's excellent and very reasonable.

For a special treat, L'escale is wonderful as is the Homestead.
