Green Airport Providence RI to Mystic CT--Transportation Options
 

I'm trying to figure out the best way to get from Green Airport in Providence RI to Mystic CT.

The Peter Pan bus schedules don't work with my flight times (arriving at Green airport 10:30 pm on a Sunday night).

MBTA doesn't appear to run from Green Airport to Mystic---do you all know if that's true or I'm just not reading it right?

Is there a way to get transportation at 11 pm to the Amtrak station, & do Amtrak trains run that late?

Or maybe shuttle options?

Your best option may be a 1 way rental car. I doubt there are Amtrak trains that late. OR look into a limo service. On the Providence Airport page, there will be a link to limo service. Its a long ride so it won't be cheap - which is why I still think the rental car will be your best option. Or a hotel for Sunday in Providence then an Amtrak train the next morning.

MBTA doesn't go beyond Providence as that is a Boston service that extends to Providence.

Apparently Amtrak does go directly to the Green Airport, but the last train to Mystic is at 10:05 pm from the Green Airport.
