GREAT WEBSITE!! (for subway travel)

I just found the greatest website!! http://www.subwaynavigator.com

It lists MANY subways systems throughout the world ... and it helps you navigate your way through.

For example I now know that it will take me apprx 40mins from the airport to Davis Sq. ( )

It is just a cool site! Check it out

LOL, W_G, I live on the Red Line (same line as Davis), I've used it to get to the airport a dozen times -- and that 40 minutes sounds extremely optimistic to me. I would estimate an hour or so.

Most cities' transport systems have their own trip planners, which can take schedules, constrution projects, etc. into account. For Boston, use www.mbta.com.

Well, I knew times were just apprx. - and I know I will have to allow time to change routes etc. (I'm not stupid)

I just thought it was a cool website. It has many maps and links (it had a link to the mbta)

I just thought others on here would like to take a look.

For what it's worth, I'm glad you posted it. I've passed the link on to family members. Could be a very handy site to know about.

Hi Wallace and Gromit, you sure are appreciated. And new website are always of interest.

I did notice one thing. I clicked it on and then clicked the SF BART link on. It is not up to date. It did not show the BART connection to SFO.

So I guess it would be good to always double check everything.

But I have found federal government websites that are not up to date either.

Take care, and thanks for the info.
