Great stops & breakfast spots?

My fiance & I are driving from New Jersey to Provincetown, and we'll be entering the Cape by sunrise. We would appreciate some great stops & breakfast spots enroute to the end of Rt. 6/6A. Thanks.

On the lower cape-Nonnie's on rt.6a in Orleans- or the Wicked Oyster, in Wellfleet (great for lunch also).

oops- forgot the great stops- Fort Hill, in Eastham, part of the National Seashore in early morning- bring your binocs- Uncle Tim's bridge- and the walk across Duck Creek in Wellfleet.

Capecodshanty gives good advice...especially Fort Hill!

I would add some breakfast spots:
Marshside in Dennis (just north of 6A)
Brewster Coffee Shop in Brewster (on 6A)
Brewster General Store (if you want a quaint spot with just a muffin and coffee)

Provincetown is beautiful and funky. Have a great time!

Hard to beat Sesuit Harbor Cafe in East Dennis for early morning breakfast on the way to Provincetown.

Park the car, then go pick your outside dining spot alongside the blue/green channel running between Sesuit Harbor and Cape Cod Bay. You have many choices of umbrella tables, picnic tables or armchairs.

Go inside the Cafe, order your breakfast, get your morning drink (coffee, tea, etc.) and go back to your table, where waitress will serve your breakfast.

It is so relaxing to just sit there, watch the boats and have a great breakfast.
