Try Steinhilber's located in the Thalia section of Virginia Beach off the Boulevard. It has been open since 1939,and is a local favorite. It is right on the Lynnhaven River. It has steak also. They are kind of a word of mouth place...do not advertise.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely fantastic, The fantail shrimp are amazing...
