I'm going with a group of people to Madison from Atlanta. Is there a great Greek place en route? I'm looking for something that is not a dive, funky or fun would be good.

Thanks for the reply. Is it the Greek Pizza place you are talking about? Is that really casual? I was hoping for a place that is not too casual.

Any other thoughts?

I'm pretty sure there is no other Greek restaurant between Madison and Atlanta. But, if I'm wrong, I'm really sure it would be a casual restaurant. There's nothing really "fancy" in the area. Fox Hollow tried a couple of decades ago, but it was a Continental restaurant well before its time. Everything is going to be "casual".

There are some restaurants around Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia that you may want to take a look at. If you like Italian, Amici's in both Covington and Madison are good (but still casual). If you like Cajun/Creole, you may enjoy RL's in Covington. The food is really good and the atmosphere is a bit nicer (although still casual). It could be considered funky or fun.
