Great Buffet in Las Vegas (with steak)
My sister, with her husband, is celebrating a milestone birthday in Las Vegas. I want to treat them to an outstanding buffet.
They both like buffets and they both like steak. Any ideas? |
From an older thread:
Author: MelissaHI Date: 01/29/2007, 07:49 pm by the way, just FYI....a very comprehensive list. www.a2zlasvegas.com/food/buf-list.php3 I typed in Best Vegas buffet in the search box to find that one and there are lots more. |
cheapo vegas website has lots of Buffett evals.
Website name is sort of icky but info seems good. |
Hi happytrails. First, thanks for all the help you give on this board; I've learned a lot from your posts.
You said "outstanding" buffet and I've read and heard that consistently voted the best is the Sunday champagne buffet at Bally's (yes, Bally's :) ) It was featured on the Travel Channel and looked tremendous. We've never been there but did take in the dinner one at Paris based on posts I'd read. It was good but not sure it was worth $30+tax tab. I believe the Sunday one at Bally's is maybe twice that. |
Well, the Bellagio Buffet usually has good steak, and does feature Kobe beef on occasion. However, if you really want a treat, I'd go for one of Vegas' many steakhouses. I like A.J.'s Steakhouse at the Hard Rock and Delmonico's at the Venetian. There's also Craftsteak at the MGM, and any number of other steakhouses that will serve up a nice piece of beef.

Texasjo, thanks for your kind comment--it made my day.
And, everybody, thanks for your suggestions. |
There are buffets that have steak nights (mainly off strip and downtown). I'll see if I can find well rated specific ones.
