Grand Tetons to Mammouth Springs Yellowstone

Hi

Would like to know how long it would take to drive from the southern tip of the Grand Tetons through Yellowstone to reach Mammouth Springs?

I understand there may be road contruction and traffic in general so I'm just looking for a ballpark figure

Thank you!

This interactive map will be helpful in your planning - http://www.nps.gov/features/yell/int...emap/index.htm

Are you asking how long the drive will take without stopping or how long to see things along the way?

I checked google maps and mapquest. There are two routes: 1) via US 20 and entering Yellowstone from the west, 2) going north from Jackson and entering the park from the south. Both sites agree that the first route is 3 hr 40 min. For the second route mapquest says 4 hours but google says 3 hours. The second route is the one to take if you want to stop at the geyser basin.
