You will find a lot of votes for Signal Mountain Lodge on this forum. My husband and four other male friends stayed in a "Lakefront Retreat" unit but they have other accomodations for groups your size. Theirs had two beds plus a couch and a kitchenette.
They had great views of Jackson Lake and the Tetons out large windows and from a porch. Be sure to save your receipt from Yellowstone. It will save you from having to pay another entrance fee in the Tetons. |
My son and his family like Signal Mountain Lodge. The Colter Bay place is ok too. The only one you might not want is Jenny Lake Lodge unless $300 a night is in your bugdet.

I don't know what your budget is, but we absolutely loved Colter Bay Village. http://www.gtlc.com/lodgeCBV.shtml Clean, inexpensive, wildlife all over the place. The kids can be kids. |
We always stay at the Colter Bay cabins. They are very clean and cute! Squirrels wander all over the place. There are two very good dining options as well. You can rent boats at Colter Marina. Its a great place to stay.

Frankly, I'm more fascinated by the origins of Beaver Dick's and Pierre's Hole...8^)
