Grand Tetons in September

Does anyone know how the weather is in Grand Teton National Park at the end of September?

Christine

I have been to the Tetons in mid September. The weather was nice. Very crisp and cold in the mornings but warmed up nicely in the afternoon. Good time of year to go. Bring lots of layers.

Weather is beautiful but cool, perhaps even cold! You might even have some snow. (We did on September 10 one year!) As the previous poster wrote, dress in layers. Bring gloves. You'll need them if you out early in the morning, which is a great time for walking or hiking.

You can expect frost in the morning.
