We have a beautiful light dusting of snow here in NW Georgia this morning. The schools are closed.

I just read somewhere that there is snow pretty far south there in SC. True or false?

Crap, I meant to post this in the lounge.

It is snowing here now in N. Myrtle Beach. It is beginning to cover the ground. The last beautiful snow here was 1989 when the snow covered the beach up to the ocean. We have had some flakes since,but not exactly like that.
They are closing the schools shortly here in Horry County,but schools inland were closed all days in counties like Marion, Florence.

We had tons of snow here icee. Market Common was especially pretty!

Had friends over for cocktails and then we schlepped down to Travinia in the snow to hear a great jazz band.
