Lee's Lakeside is very good and the view overlooking Lake Eola is very nice...if you're looking for something more casual and fun there's a place named Cafe Tu Tu Tango that is reminiscent of an artist's loft...they serve tapas style and I guess you could say it's got a Latin American flavor to it.

Bahama Breeze is a chain restaurant by the Red Lobster and Olive Garden people. There are BB's on International Drive, Rt. 535 in Lake Buena Vista, and up in Altamonte Springs.
Tu Tu Tango gets expensive very quickly as the "tapas" are appetizer size and you need to order several for a meal for two.
Orlando is very spread out, so if you know what area you're going to, the recommendations will be better.
