good eats in Lakeland area?

Any suggestions? Anything from fun/fresh/funky to fine dining.

Here's a thread that might be helpful:

There's another thread on Lakeland that lists more of the same, including a place called Curly Tails.

There's Harry's. It's in a pretty cute area of downtown, cajun/seafood. There's a little outdoor eating area also. It is a chain, but when I'm in the area, it's a favorite.

Here's their website: http://www.hookedonharrys.com/page/28-4172.htm

I second the Harry's suggestion. I have been to the Harry's locations in Lakeland, Ocala and Jacksonville area, and they are all good.
