Good Chinese near 42nd/Park?
 
My wife and I will be at the Grand Hyatt later this week - anyone have a recommendation for a nearby Chinese restaurant?

Phoenix Garden - 242 E. 40th street between 2nd and 3rd - REALLY good - they used to be in Chinatown but closed that branch - not great decor but the Salt and Pepper Shrimp - delicious. Reasonable, too - and I thinks it's BYOB

We love Chin Chin, especially Dumplings Three Ways and the Grand Marnier shrimp:

Another vote for Chin Chin... I love it. When I am in NYC, I always make it a point to go back there for the Chinese food. I also second the vote on those dumplings... they are divine.
