Good BBQ Southeast Coast?

We will be traveling from Southeast Florida to St Augustine, Savannah and Charleston. Any suggestions for good BBQ places?

I hate to say this but the worst looking exteriors usually have the best BBQ.

Sticky Fingers on Meeting St in Charleston.Excellent, with a choice of sauces.

Sticky Fingers isn't considered good BBQ. It is a good casual dining restaurant that serves BBQ.

A real BBQ joint will be smoked up, greasy, serve sweet tea only and white bread with your cue.

Like most things in life, it's a matter of personal taste. Hubby Clark greatly enjoyed his BBQ at Stickey Fingers last week. While nothing like his fave place around home, there's quite a long list of celebrities on their website who also enjoy it.

Besides, being on vacation makes anything taste better ;)
