going to san antonio with kids
 
i will be in san antonio from fri 2/18 through mon 21st 3 adults 4 children i am staying at the menger hotel (2 adj rooms) after reading all the messages i'm concerned about the room size there some people say they're very small??? any good ideas about good rest. that are kid friendly?? people keep raving about boudros is that kid friendly????

I would say, no, Boudros is not kid friendly though there are plenty of restaurants downtown that are--Hard Rock Cafe, Rio Rio Cantina, Dick's Last Resort, County Line BBQ, Fuddruckers, Fat Tuesday, and Kangaroo Court to name just a few.

do you know the menger hotel?it looks nice from pics and the price was not bad in comparison to others

The Menger is one of the oldest hotels in SA. It has been renovated throughth years but the rooms are still small. Hence, the lower price...

We spent 3 nites at the menger last July,
The hotel goofed up and we ended up with a 2 room suite that overlooked the Alamo.
A short walk to the Riverwalk
Parking is expensive
