Going to Denver - any suggestions on microbrews, brewpubs, restaurants

I am going to Denver, actually Englewood,CO beginning of June for a week. Can someone suggest a brewpub, restaurant, or any other fun thing to do while I am there. The sky's the limit. Thanks in advance for all suggestions.

I've said this before, I'll say it again. The BuckHorn Exchange is not only one the best restaurants in Denver, with great food and service, it's also one of the most unique. It proudly displays Colorado Liquor License #1 in its bar, and what other restaurant can truthfully claim to have served venison from a deer just killed by the President of the U.S.? (it was Teddy Roosevelt, BTW). Not only that, it has a casual atmosphere; you can show up in jeans with no problem.

Chuck - There's the Rock Bottom Brewery, Wynkoop Brewery and Breckenridge Brewery all right in downtown. Fairly easy walking distance to Coors Field if you want to pick up a game while your there. b
The Denver Buffalo Company is wonderful. The only meat on the menu is buffalo and elk, which will melt in your mouth! The prices lean towards the high side, but worth the trip for a great wild game dinner - call for reservations if possible.

For casual food I reccommend The Paramount Cafe in the 16th Street area (My daughter works there!). For someplace real nice, but pricey try The Trinity Grill...nearby.

I suggest you go to mile high stadium home of the "WORLD CHAMPION DENVER BRONCOS" and see the greatness.
