glacier cruise question whittier or seward which should I do
 

I will be taking a cruise that ends in Whittier. I was thinking about taking the 26 glacier cruise on prince william sound. I was also considering the kenai national park cruise in seward. They both sound great.Since I will be in Alaska only once don't know if I should do just one or both.

I have not been to Prince William sound, so I can not address that.

I did make the trip on the Alaska RR from Anchorage to Seward (before my cruise/tour) specifically to visit the Kenai Fjords. It was FANTASTIC! lots of birds and sealife, glaciers abound and the weather was absolutely gorgeous the day I went. It started my whole Alaska vacation on a wonderful note. Try a cruise that is about 6 hours if you can.

Do both. The cruises are very different, both with their charms.
Now would be a good time to begin scheming how to get back to Alaska. it's a big state and you certainly aren't going to see it all on one trip.

I agree with rm mn we did both, and they are very different. We were in Alaska for a month, knowing we would never go back. So glad we experienced the great State. Enjoy.

Thanks for your opinion I think I will do both tours. I am sure each will be different.

I too recommend both, how much time do you have?? If several days, also consider Denali Park, another highlight of interior Alaska.
