I have to disagree with JJ5 about the Congress. We went to a wedding there soon after the strike started and things were already going downhill. I have heard nothing but bad reviews since. And some of those were really, really bad.

Also disagree about the Hancock Lounge. It's a bar. Please think twice before taking a group of underage girls into a bar. There is a decently priced lunch (buffet?) in the restaurant that would be more appropriate if you don't want to go to the observatory.
