Giants/A's game
 

Hi,
My wife and I are coming this summer to San Francisco. Depending on availability we will be seeing a baseball game. I am guessing Giant games are harder to get tickets since it is a newer park and I always see it crowded on tv. Is that accurate? Also how easy is it to get to Oakland to see a game if our hotel is in SF? We would either cab it or public transportation if possible? Thanks very much

Which ticket is the easier one to get? Can I get tickets on game day by walking up to the box office or do they sell out regularly?

Tickets for Giants games do sell out and it is best to get them early. I would go to www.giants.com and try to purchase tickets in advance.

A's game tickets are probably easier to get and I believe you can take BART to the Oakland Colliseum but I would opt for a Giants game if possible.
