Welcome to Fodors. Are the two flights on one ticket or separate bookings? If on one ticket, you are protected and if you miss the connection the airline will put you on the next available flight. If separate tickets - you are on your own. There is no paid service to take you through immigration / Customs. I've never connected at PHL (only flown to and home from) so don't know how long it takes to get from one terminal to another (If you mean from Terminal A to Terminal B, IIRC there are two terminal A's - east and west)
If you happen to be flying First or Business class everything is faster/easier because you deplane first and 'usually' your bags come out first. Though 2 hours is probably enough time unless your incoming flight is delayed, if I was flying economy and on separate tickets, I personally wouldn't be happy with a 2 hour connection because of possible delays with luggage and at security.
Hopefully a Philly expert will be able to answer. (or you could register and ask your questions on FlyerTalk -- they seems to know everything about anything air travel related on that site)
