Getting From NYC to Annapolis
 

I am trying to figure out a way to get a college student back to campus in Annapolis after Thanksgiving break.

She has a ride to NJ, but they cannot bring her back at the end of the weekend.
My main problem is that the commuter buses from New Carrollton to Annapolis DO NOT run on Sundays.

All right. But even assuming that she can somehow get a ride to the campus, does anyone have any experience with the various cheap bus routes from NYC to DC?

Any other suggestions for making it back to Annapolis without spending too much money?

Amtrak would be an option. Not sure on times though.

Amtrak is QUITE expensive, though.....

megabus.com is a newish service that people say is great. They go to Baltimore and have 8 buses that day with prices all under $25.

I started with some suggestions, but noticed it was for THIS WEEKEND.

I'm topping, in hopes that the OP will report back what arrangements were found and how they worked out.
