I should have added about Curry Village that they usually have cancellations/a standby line every morning (10 am? or so) - but if you don't arrive until the evening - it might be harder to slide in. Keep checking every day as there are cancellations - that's if you decide you want to go via the Yo route, or stay outside the park as was suggested.

And I am guessing you will not have camping gear with you - so you can't be quite as "adventuresome" as ChrisB. :)
