JB, I've stayed at two accommodations in Gettysburg PA that might fit your requirements. My first recommendation would be the Gettysburg Battlefield Bed and Breakfast. It is located about five to ten minutes drive time out of town and is probably the "haunted" property you asked about. www.gettysburgbattlefield.com
Another wonderful accommodation closer to the action is the Doubleday Inn. Located right on the battlefield in the heart of the first day's action, you can sleep within sight of the Peace Monument. http://www.doubledayinn.com/

I believe this place is reported to be haunted. http://www.farnsworthhouseinn.com/

The Farnsworth Inn above is reported to be haunted. We did not stay there but ate in their dining room and heard the "haunted" stories. If you don't stay there, I do recommend you have a meal there. The food was really good. It was the first time I have had spoon bread and it is just wonderful. The outside of the building still has the bullet holes from the Civil War.

Farnsworth Inn is a great place to eat--and like the previous poster said, bullet holes included. Are you doing strictly Gettysburg?? We stayed in Baltimore--about halfway between Gettysburg and Washington D.C., so we were able to visit both places with a minimum amount of travel hassle.

Harper's Ferry is only an hour from Gettysburg if you're interested in more history. Antietam is also only an hour away.

If you have time for the Gettysburg Convention and Visitors Bureau to send a brochure, their phone# 1-800-337-5015 or 717-334-6274. If nothing else, they could probably fax you a list of accomodations.
