I guess one way to get a thread frozen is to claim that people who make reasonable comments are "American bashers."

It is appropriate but regrettable that irresponsible name-calling puts the kibosh on interesting threads.

It would be nice if the milk of human kindness ran more freely at this site.

I think I'm in that alternate reality twilight zone again. Within 8 minutes, two posts - one complaining about "American bashers" on a gelato thread and one talking about bashing (or wacking) a knee on a wedding thread.

???? Say what? Guess that makes Tonya Harding an example of a source of the milk of human kindness.
