Gelato at National Gallery

Enough said! Heard it on a radio interview today with the chef. He imports Italian ingredients. Anyone tried it already?!

Oh, yes! If you mean the gelato at the busy counter just before you enter the Cascade Cafe (lower level as you walk from the East Building to the West Building)! It’s worth a detour, as they say. Well, it’s not much of a detour for us as we like to plan our day to have lunch there anyway. Not so good as in the past but fine if we are spending the day in the museums.

True, that, TDudette! It’s good that some old favorites have survived and continue to thrive.
