Gelati in Seattle???

OK, I need HELP! I'm going through gelati withdrawal and a friend here told me she thinks I could get gelati in Seattle. Where?
Does anyone out there know?

Bottega Italiano, on 1st, just a few doors down (south) from the main Pike Place Market entrance. I thought it was terrific before I revisited Italy a couple weeks ago, and even though I've just eaten dozens of scoops of the real thing Bottega compares quite favorably.
There are other places-Gelatiamo at 3rd and Union, Procopia on the Pike Place hillclimb, a new place in Fremont, but Bottega is the best.

Procopia is where we've always gone, and it is good, but I haven't done a taste comparison with the other options christy mentions above.

My favorite is the Gelatiamo, Torrefazione also serves their gelato in the cafes.

I haven't done a taste comparison either but damn that is a good idea!!! :)

Can vouch for Gelatiamo - it's really good. I think that theirs is what is resold in some of the coffee houses and restaurants.

Thanks again. I'm going to be by the market Tues. and plan to try at least one of them then. Will report back!
