GATLINBURG AT CHRISTMAS

DOES ANYONE HAVE CABIN/CHALET for rent week after Christmas (26th-) with 3 baths and 3-4 bedrooms for 2-3 night stay?

Have you checked with Oak Haven Resort? That's my favorite group of cabins in the area.

Widen your search for a week stay and see if it makes a difference. A lot of rentals don't rent for less than a week during that two week holiday season.

Have you checked vrbo.com?

I think we will move trip to first week of January to get better accommodations.

I can't imagine any rental - at this point in the season - who will split the week starting on the 26th. #1 - they want to make as much money as possible so full week vs a couple of nights and #2 - who the heck wants to flip the rental unit on the 26th? Someone is going to have to clean up after the folks leaving and get it ready for new guests...on the day after Christmas. I think you'd have a chance of getting two nights that week but only a couple of weeks before when they know the unit is still unrented.

No reason not to book for the entire week and get your original days. Keep in mind you'll have the same problem if you want a unit starting on Jan 1st. The holidays are the most lucrative rental weeks.
