Fun Boston Restaurant

Looking for a restaurant in Boston that is not too pricey and has a fun atmosphere with table participation (fondue or grilling at the table, etc). Any suggestions? Looking for something fun for our anniversary.

Fire and Ice on Boylston street does this. Not too pricey.

I have been to Fire and Ice. Any other fun ideas. Looking for something new.

How about the Addis Red Sea? Not really paticipation, but great Ethiopian food that you eat with no silverware. The tables and chairs are low, basketlike affairs. Really different. Located just a few blocks south east of the Prudential Center.

Any of the many dim sum restaurants in China Town.

I will be visiting Boston next week and I am looking forward to visiting Fire+Ice. Can someone explain how this restaurant works and the costs?

There's a fondue place called the Wine Cellar on Mass Ave near the Harvard bridge - cross street is probably Marlborough.

Fire + Ice = make your own stirfry. load up bowls of meat & veggies and watch the chef cook it. they give you tortillas & rice. (see http://www.fire-ice.com/experience/experience.html)
as of a few years ago it was 16.95 for dinner - unlimited trips. I'd imagine it might be a few bucks more now.
