Ft Lauderdale vs. Boca Raton-HELP!
 

Hi! <BR>I am trying to plan a last minute trip to south florida for sometime in early March. I am looking for quiet, pretty beaches good food and a decent place to kick back and have a drink at night. Would I be better suited to spend my time in Boca Raton or Ft Lauderdale?? Also would love input on restaurants, bars, beaches I need to see. Thanks in advance.

Both are within 30 minutes of each other by car. Ft. Lauderdale has more shopping, strip malls, etc. Boca has great beaches. Also depends what you like to do. Do you want to party? FLL has the younger crowd. Split it up while you're there days in Boca, nights in FLL if you want.

I found the perfect place in <BR>Ft. Lauderdale last fall. It's called <BR>Lago Mar. (www.lagomar.com) Its directly on a pretty beach, great food, <BR>wonderful pools and nice people. <BR>Close to everything yet very quiet! <BR>We loved it! PS theres many wonderful shops and restaurants. Have fun!
