Friends Reunion..Turning 50..Suggestions?
 

About 25 sdults & about 15 kids, ages 13 to 21 looking for a place for a 5 night stay. Most are from East Coast.Don't quite know where to start, other than timeframe, over July 4th 2006.

Once you decide which town/city you are having the reunion, you have at least two options.

Contact the CVB there and tell them you would like to have a RFP (request for a proposal) sent to the hotels in that area. Be prepared to tell them how many rooms, types of rooms, how many people are attending, number of nights, and whether or not you will be having a group dinner or banquet.

The other would be for you to google the hotels on your own and request the RFP yourself.

It's been many years, but Linekin Bay in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, may fit the bill.......or it may be the complete opposite of what you're looking for...google it to see.
