There's nothing really wrong with Foxwoods, but I kind of prefer Mohegan Sun myself. It's a bit smaller, more intimate and certainly more pleasing to the eye. Of course, compared to Foxwoods, there are less places to eat, fewer tables and fewer slot machines. There are also smaller crowds and a great place to hear free music smack in the middle of the casino.

Foxwoods, to me anyway, just seems like one big madhouse. But there's more to do there besides gambling if you get smacked around too much at the tables.

BTW -- Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are only about 15 minutes away from each other, if you take the back roads and don't get back onto 95 to go between the two.
