Does anyone know where I can rent a four door Jeep Wrangler in the Phoenix area?

Much appreciated.

I don't know about a Wrangler specifically, but we rented a Cherokee from Fox just outside the airport.

go to expedia.com or hotwire.com and you can check out all the car rentals and the types of car and go from there.

No help so far. Looking for a rental location that specifically rents four door Jeep Wranglers.

Renting a Wrangler will be difficult since it is so tempting to take it off road...something rental companies specifically prohibit in their contracts.

On our last trip to Utah we arranged a Jeep Grand Cherokee for the trip since we love to travel the backways. It turned out to be all wheel drive (not 4WD) and there was no low range which is a must for steep dirt roads. We still did our backways but had to forego anything steep.

I'm afraid the days of renting a true 4WD Jeep are over except in places like Moab where you can rent them for a day of of road adventuring.

i rented one from www.sonorantrails.com - it went well. it was 4 door jk, lifted, nice tires, bumpers, winch...and a rooftop tent. and you can actually take it off-road...that is what we rented it for and they were fine with that.
