Found: James Spader's Inspiration for Robert California (The Office)
We are just wrapping up a fabulous trip to Sedona with accommodations at Sedona Summit a timeshare resort owned by Diamond Resorts International. When we first arrived we found the company's promo channel featuring its chairman and CEO Stephen J. Cloobeck. My initial reaction was that it had to be some kind of parody, second reaction was, "it's Robert California!" We've been mesmerized and have tuned in at least once a day to watch him discuss his road to CEOhood and guiding business principles and for goodness sakes--we're on vacation!
I will say they are doing things right. Cleanliness is priority one and they've got that down. Bedding's also a priority and yup, he's got that too.
Anyhow, if you're staying at one of the timeshares and are a fan of The Office check it out and let me know if you see the similarity too.
