Fort Myers, Boca Raton, Nashville
 

Hey everyone, so I am looking for insight on 3 cities. Fort Myers Fl, Boca Raton Fl, and Nashville, Tn.

A little about me I am a single 25 year old female with a 95 lb lab who loves water and has Addison’s Disease. I am a full time student year round with my schooling being paid for by the military and giving me a housing allowance for rent. I am from south central PA. I grew up hunting, fishing, and country music. But I also love the beach and the scenery of cities that come when you are close to beaches. I’m not fond of being in a big city so I would be on the outside of Nashville. I was stationed in Jacksonville, Fl and was in Pensacola, Fl from April to August so I understand the weather and rain storms and alligators and bugs and people for the northern region. I am also applying to the police academy and from my research Florida and Tennessee are both within top 10 for criminal justice graduates when it comes to job outlook. I’m not opposed to cold winters or snow or anything but -10 is getting old and plus I have no ties here in PA and I’m getting paid to go to school might as well explore. Just not sure because I feel like I’m torn between both.

I would check out the University of Delaware in Wilmington. Joe Biden continues to live there and they even named the Amtrak station for him. Dr. Jill Biden still teaches. If you decide to leave Delaware, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) is close by as is the state of New Jersey.
I've spent enough time in Florida to know that I don't want to live there in the summer or winter.

I live just south of Boca Raton. It is very unfortunate when people tell you they don't want to live somewhere but don't say why. They simply assume you know their reasoning.
