Food and drink associated with D.C.?

Planning a stay-at-home dinner party for my Netflix House of Cards 'party.' Are there any foods or cocktails that scream "D.C." I could add to my menu? Looking for a few fun ideas??

Senate Bean Soup

The answer is, not really, but a true HoC fan knows to serve those BBQ ribs Frank Underwood loves so much :-)

And since he's a son of the south, I'd vote (ha, see what I did there?) for a bourbon cocktail.

Chesapeake crab cakes
Senate navy bean soup
And of course the famous three martini lobbyist lunch

The Rickey - it's a highball drink made with either gin or bourbon. It was originally created with bourbon in D.C. and bourbon is a southern drink so I think it'd go well for a House of Cards theme party.
