2908 Brownell is an easy two blocks to the beach and the beach access path is pretty short there, plus there's not a lot of traffic in that area. We were there this summer with my nieces, who are 3 and 1 and had no trouble getting them back and forth. I will email you the info on the VRBO condos.

I just saw the part where you weren't sure if 2908 was available mid-May. Looking at the Island Realty site, it would appear to be available the entire month, other than the 20, 21, and 22.
