Foliage in Kentucky

When is fall foliage the best in Kentucky? We would want to visit some the distilleries and want to time it with when the foliage would be at it's peak or close to it. Thank you!

According to

late October would be your best bet.

Note that this is NOT a guarantee!

It depends if you are sort of up in the mountains or not. I think late October might be okay for low areas where the distilleries are. Smokies high season is mid-october.

AND as said above, you never know, particularly with the amount of rain we are having which will make the leaf changing later, but should make them VERY colorful.

Thank you very much! Dog you have any favorite distilleries?
