Flying Lobster Kauai
 

Has anyone eaten there? If so how was it. It's one of the few restaurants on Kauai in the Entertainment book.

It is (was?) located in the old Coconut Beach Resort which has recently been transformed into a Courtyard Marriott. Hopefully this restaurant has been transformed, too. The Flying Lobster, before the renovation was very subpar, not any place I would want to spend vacation time at.

Darn. I wonder if it changed hands if they honor the Entertainment card anyway? Any suggestions on where to have dinner that evening? We'll be coming in after a long flight with only a packed lunch on AA.

Sorry, the flying lobster does not exist anymore. It was a terrible restaraunt anyway so no loss. The courtyard marriott has recently opended, but the former Flying Lobster restaraunt remains closed.
