And tons of them go to that area too. My friends' have condos in Sandestin rented for Jan-Mar by the same people year after year. They go to Jekyll Island, GA for the same months too. It can be 80 degrees on 12/31 on Cumberland Island, GA.

Considering it didn't drop below 80 degrees in October this year in SGI until Oct 17th, I'd say that's pretty warm for most folks. Especially for folks coming from Toronto -

Dave: In one 20-mile stretch of FL coast (Melbourne Beach) and on just one website, I found 14 houses with beach access and a pool. If your relatives can't find one along the entire FL coastline, they need to sharpen their computer skills.
