Florida to Vermont
 

I will be traveling to Vermont from Crystal River Florida soon, I hate going through the DC area and get real panicky. Can anyone give me alternate routes. I usually go up 95 but open to all suggestions. Thanks, Cindy

To avoid going through the DC area, I turned off I-95 onto I-26 in South Carolina. I got on I-77 near Columbia SC and went through Charlotte and on up to I-81 through the S. Valley. I-81 will take you all the way to Binghamton New York where you can pick which area of Vermont you are headed for.
