Florida Panhandle Family Vacation Spots

In years past, we have rented homes/condos in Panama City, Pensacola, and Navarre Beach. For next year we would like something on the beach that also offers something else besides beach. There are 10 of us and some get really bored with 7 days of nothing else to do. Are there any resorts/hotels that you know of that offer other activities?

Check out www.seasidefl.com. Our family has stayed there every year for the last 12 years and we all love it. Safe for kids to explore, great shopping and restaurants, beautiful beaches, close to other great beach towns with more restaurants and shops. Some years we've had upwards of 25 people staying in multiple houses. No one gets bored.

Thanks Parker
I was hoping to find something for 4 days instead of a week. I searched the web site you recommended and don't think they have anything in that catagory.

Hey cd,
this is not a resort or a hotel but it is a fun activity. the Florida Caverns State park in Marianna, only about an hour away from Panama City, is a great place to visit.

I had never been in any sort of caverns before and I really enjoyed the experience. It seems like it would make a good day trip away from the beach.

Seaside will rent for less than a week. In fact, I just got something in the mail from them about rent either 3 or 4 days, get 1 day free. I've taken my son there every year for four years and we love it.

Flyert
That looks like a fun day, thanks!

I'll go back to the website and see what I can find for a shorter stay. I'll probably have to call right?
