TAMPA FL HOTEL

Does anyone know of a Hotel/Motel near the Port in Tampa FL that has Free Parking and Complimentary Roundtrip Transfers to/from the Port?

No, sorry, I don't. Any hotel located downtown or on Harbour Island will be very near the Port--it's a compact area. The neighborhood of the Port is called Channelside, but I don't think there are any hotels right there. Hope someone else can help...

The closest hotels to port would be:

Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn in Ybor City.

Marriott, Embassy Suites in downtown Tampa.

Doubtful that any will offer free parking, possibly free shuttle to port.

Well, there are many other hotels downtown: Le Meridien, Aloft, Mariott Courtyard, and the Floridan are the ones I can think of off the top of my head in addition to the ones gmoney listed. I also doubt they would offer free parking, but they may have a special deal for cruisers.

Ybor is a tad bit farther from Channelside than downtown, but only a bit.

Sorry, meant to add that there's a Westin on Harbour Island that's also convenient to the Port.

Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel

Free shuttle and they do have stay and sail package but I'm not sure if it's any cheaper if you just get the pre-paid rate and pay for parking.

They do offer free shuttle to the port.

There are some very inexpensive parking lots nearby, under $10 per day but I just can't remember the name of the company.

That's what we did 2 years ago.

We've stayed here multiple times. Shuttle included for airport and port. I think there was complimentary managers party Mon thru Thurs. too.

There is also a HI Express and Bahamas Breeze restaurant off the same parking lot. All are on a pretty waterfront.

Check out Stay123.net
It will show you Tampa Cruiseport selections which include up to 2 weeks free parking as well as a room either before or after the cruise. At least, I'm assuming that's what you're looking for.

There are other stay and park type sites that do the same, but some will only be for airports. Stay123 will let you enter Tampa Cruiseport.
