The weather will be hot, in the 90's and the water is very warm, but very nice. I think the Gulf temp is around 85 right now. This is Marco I'm referring to. I would think Panama City would be a bit cooler both water and temp. Panama City is a real party place and Marco is less so. Just in case you are not familiar with either place. Good luck!

Actually, Tannya, in my opinion, Panama City BEACH is the party place. Panama City is a much quieter community and not very tourist-oriented at all. And they ARE two separate cities, even if they are only separated by a bridge and inlet.
